    Two men began by offering to clean my gutters, which I needed. They inspected my roof and said there was substantial damage to one part of the roof, showing me photos. They had two workers on the roof on Friday taking off **** and shingles. They gave me an estimate for ****** for 1. new shingle roof, 2. replace rotted timbers 3. fit new plywood where needed. I signed an agreement and as their request gave them a cashiers check from my bank for $30,000 made out to:****************** AC, Inc.I was away until Sunday evening-- They apparently came the next day Saturday and cleared **** off the roof. Monday morning they came with photos of additional holes in the roof, and offered an estimate of $1****** to replace the roof and do other inside repair work to walls and ceilings. I balked at this, and they said they would finish the roof only for another $30,000. I said I had to check and would call them. They left, have called once, but since then no attempt to call me.
