      I called the company because my refrigerator was not working. They charged me a fee of $50 to come and check the refrigerator. After the check he said that I need a new compressor, which was covered under the manafacture warranty. After a couple a days the compressor came in and they sent a technician to install it. They charged me $350 all together. My surprise after a couple of days, my refrigerator stopped working with all my food inside. All the food went bad. I called the technician back whos name is *********************, he came and checked the fridge and he said we need another compressor. He said it would be an additional $350 because its not his fault, but the manafactures fault. I asked for a discount to which he said no. I called another company with a new technician and my big surprise was that he said that the compressor was very good and it the refrigerator was not working due to a leak on the lines of the new compressor which the previous technician installed. They fixed the issue. I called the company to solve the problem because I was very upset that it was the technicians fault and on top of that he wanted to charge me twice. The company said that I have to talk to the technician to solve the issue, but I called the company, and paid with a personal check to the company. They sent out the technician. I need the company to be responsible for the damages on all my food and the full amount of money I paid the new technician. Thank you for your cooperation in the matter.       THIS PERS0N CAME TO MY STORE ASKING FOR HELP TO FIX HIS REFRIGERATOR WE JUST CHARGE HIM REGULAR VISIT CHARGE OF $50

      WE HAD TO CALL THE ********** CAUSE THEY NEED I LINCESED TECH TO GET THIS COMPRESSOR,SO WE HAD ALL THIS WORK CALL COMPANY STAY ON THE ***** FOR 45 MINUTE .,GIVE THEM MY COMPANY ADDRESS TO THEM SHIP IT,AS SOON WE RECIVE IT GO TO HIS HOUSE AND DO THE JOB,$350 WAS NOTHING COMPARE WITH ALL WORK DONE,, SO THE COMPRESSOR CAME DEFCTIVE ,WE CALL COMPANY THEY JUST SAY THAT'S HAPPEN THEY WILL SEND AN OTHER COMPRESSOR,SO ALL THE WORK HAS TO BE DONE AGAIN, HE WANTS  WE DO FREE,HEY THE PROBLEM WAS THE COMPRESSOR NOT THE WORK DONE,,,

      IF IT WAS GOOD ** WILL NEVER SEND HIM A REPLACED ONE

      THERE IS CUSTOMERS THAT MUCH YOU DO YOU NEVER GOING TO MAKE THEM HAPPY

      on september 1st 2022 i purchased a stove from the store had it delivered and installed for an additional fee but it was a defective stove the next day a worker i sent the stove can not be fixed we agree that they will have worker pick up the stove and return me my money problem is they never sent the men or return me my money they just continue to lie and say they will do so but to no avail
