      I am so extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service and empathy I have received from DePaola Monuments. I reached out in May 2021 to have two plaques put in place on my mother's footstone. I paid the amount requested at that time, and was told at most 18 weeks. It is now 10 months later, and the plaques have not been installed, and they no longer reply to emails or phone calls. I am so completely frustrated and cannot understand why they refuse to do the job they have already been paid to do! They put the original footstone in place when my dad passed in **** with no problem. All they have to do is add my mother's plaque to the already existing footstone! For them to not even return phone calls and emails is disgraceful!

      Gave my final payment 2 1/2 years ago. Promise to have headstone done Spring of 2021 never happened. Have not heard from them since. I constantly call and get no answer to my calls. No letters or return calls. Excuse they gave of why it be done in the Spring is COVID, delayed in shipping gravel and hiring workers. Took my money and no service.

      HORRIBLE. My dad passed April 8th, 2021no stone, no calls, no email response nothing!!!!! Now have to go to police station and file a report. This is ridiculous!!! I am SO ANNOYED!!!!!!!
