  This is the worse company to ever deal with. The owner is very rude and condescending. They only accept cash, and this should've been a red flag for me, but they were close. They tell you the first payment is cash and then you could use a card after. When you remind them, they then saw they never said that. If you lose your key, you have to pay $50 to have them cut the lock and another $10 to have the lock replaced. Their workers work in fear which is why every month there's a new worker. Coming from a former worker, they threaten people who are late on payments with auctioning your belongings. It's crazy to me how they are still in business. They were chased out of Brooklyn because of their shady business practices. I wish The BBB would go investigate this company. Workers are paid below minimum wage and work 6 days a week. Most of the workers think they can't come forward due to their immigration status. Anyone on here praising them are liars or they are friends of the owner. I wish I knew where I could call to have them shut down and investigated

  STAY AWAY! I was quoted $815 for 3 guys and four hours for a small two BR apartment 3 miles away from current address. They charged me $1545, broke my water line and ice making machine on my $ ******** refrigerator, dented and scratched my refrigerator doors all over, scratched my newly painted walls in several places, broke my furniture, and *** talks to African Americans (his customers and workers) like we are filthy animals and like hes an Italian mobster.His workers tell you he makes them wrap unnecessary items ( plastic cheap chairs ) thoroughly in order to stretch the job once he Sees the last name of the client is an African-American *** is DISGUSTI*G and said to me, shut up, your refrigerator works! Whats the big deal! Its just the water line. You can fix it!You will be insured that your damages, if any, are fully covered. Lies. .30 CE*TS PER POU*D O*LY. EX. $5000 tv broken that weighs 10 lbs =3$ payout.They refuse to OFFLOAD until you pay in full I* CASH O*LY (illegal I believe) PRIOR TO COMPLETIO* OF THE **** YOU MUST RE*DER PAYME*T PRIOR TO COMPLETIO* OF JOB?*** is RUDE,OB*OXIOUS, CO*DESCE*DI*G EVE* FRIGHTE*I*GLY VIOLE*T ESPECIALLY TO WOME*.My furniture was dropped because the workers were arguing about whos homeless, who lives in a shelter, and body odor. They were calling each other the * word. I felt very uncomfortable as a single woman and afraid for my safety! This was an absolutely horrible experience. Please stay away from this company.And the driver called me the next day to apologize, but **** brother told me that he was saying nothing was wrong with my fridge the day of the incident. *othing? ******* is charging me 220$ JUST TO COME ASSESS the damage. This doesnt include the parts or the cost to replace the dented doors and the SEVERED WATER LINES FOR MY WATER DISPE*SER A*D ICE MAKER. Good reviews must have been written by this companys friends and family! My experience was the complete opposite. They are scammers and bullies.

  I needed storage for a few months, and this company offered convenient and flexible storage options. Their facilities were well-maintained and safe. I was easily able to access my belongings. Highly satisfied!

  They are very rude and unprofessional. They have lack of customer service and treat people very poorly. ***, hung up on my husband and ******* was rude and nasty to me. I never had issues with the women on the men.

  Two years ago, we hired ****************** to move our belongings and everything went smoothly. However, our recent experience with Father and Son ********************************************* of New Jersey was a complete disaster. Although we had everything packed and ready to go, it took them 9 hours to load the truck and an additional 3 hours to unload at our new residence. Despite their initial promise of an 8-hour move for $815, it ended up taking 12 hours and costing $2,800. They intentionally wasted time and lacked concern for our expensive items. Their fraudulent practices are unacceptable and something needs to be done to hold them accountable. This was literally the worst experience I've had with any company in my entire life. They prey on unsuspecting customers and hire people who are not movers or have absolutely no experience in the field. But not only don't they have no experience, they are also criminals! Get a load of this. Now, don't get me wrong, I have nothing against anyone that pays their debt to society. None of us are perfect. But. When one of the guys are sitting on my couch resting after 1 1/2 of work opining to me about how my chair is the best chair he has ever sat in and it bets any chair he's sat in his 10 years int he penitentiary! Quite frankly, I was through. If you want to waste money hiring a company that over-promises and intentionally under-delivers to hit you with an astronomical bill that you have to pay because they have your possessions - then this is the company for you. They will rob you.

  As a single mother I had my male friend call this company i was quoted at $800 for my move just my daughter and I they showed up the morning of the move with a long contract to sign and initial.. in the middle of the move i got a call saying it would take longer and would cost me $1300. i cried my a** off called my friend and got the money borrowed. got to my new location and they wanted the money before taking my things off the truck. my male friend called the company and complained he was then told just pay them and however long it takes to get the job done that is all the money we would have to pay. so we paid and let them do their thing which the was sitting on the truck talking just basically not offloading in a timely manner but i was not concerned bcuz The man on the phone said whatever time they get done same money..5 mins before 4pm one guy came to me and said "I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU'RE GONNA DO THIS BUT AT 4 WE REACH OUR TIME AND IF YOU CALL THE COMPANY YOU HAVE TO PAY $150 PER HOUR FOR US TO FINISH. I said I did not have any more money and they started taking my stuff off the truck and putting it on the sidewalk. I was in tears. my male friend called the company again and was asked who he was to me ( which was not relevant) but after being treatened whoever he spoke to on the phone advised them to take my stuff in the house ************** should not be in business. I told the owner they broke my mirrors(2) he said his guys don't break stuff. I was not going to write a review but 3 weeks later i am still unpacking and finding Broken stuff..I advise No one to use this company. They are HORRIBLE
