    I placed an order of $113.95 on December 8, 2023. My order has moved pasted paid. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. The website states they reply back within ***** hours. I have yet heard anything back from them.

    Order made 1/9/23 no response from sending over 5 emails and reaching out to Instagram. Did not receive package. Request for refund if I'm not going to receive my product

    I placed my order 8/16 got my email confirmation etc. Then a whole week goes by and I heard nothing so I started reading reviews online and not to my surprise- people were having the same issues. Order totaled $86.I then sent them an email on 8/30 asking to cancel my order. The very next day I get an email that my order has shipped, I replied to that email and said that I previously asked to cancel the order for a full refund!! They replied the same day and said that I couldn't cancel because it already shipped and that I was supposed to cancel within 24 hours of placing my order!? Seriously? It took yall 12 days to even create a shipping label but I have 24 hrs to not want to do business with you?Needless to say - I got my package today 9/12. It took 12 days to ship from ** to FL? THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.The best part - the "product" came in in a **** envelope - no box. No product packaging or even instructions. This is completely unprofessional and again - A SCAM.My bank has been contacted today as I have yet to get another response from this bootleg "business".

    I purchased a 3n 1 waist snatcher on a June 10, 2022. My order number is ***** and as of today I have NOT received my order nor a refund. I have literally emailed the company 7plud times to no avail. I am highly disappointed and I am demanding a refund immediately. The cost was $69.99 which included shipping.
