    Heres a detailed report you can use for the Better Business Bureau:---**Description of Complaint:**On August 20th, 2024, I scheduled a laundry pick-up with Waterworks, a service I have used regularly. Two bags were picked up from my home for washing: one large cream-colored laundry bag containing all of my clothing (including work attire, workout clothes, intimate apparel, and linens/blankets), and a second black garbage bag containing four bathroom rugs and two towels.On August 21st, 2024, only the black garbage bag was returned, which contained the four bathroom rugs and two towels. None of the items from the cream-colored bag, which included essential work attire for the week, were returned.Initially, there was communication with Waterworks management via phone. During that conversation, I was informed that the owner of the business would be contacting me to discuss the next steps for resolving this issue. However, despite multiple phone calls and following up twice via email, I have received no further communication or resolution from the company. The situation remains unresolved, and my clothing items are still missing.This lack of response and resolution is causing significant inconvenience, as I have had to replace some of my work attire to meet my professional obligations. The companys failure to address this issue in a timely and professional manner is unacceptable, and I am seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to resolve this matter.
