  Today, 11/2024 we are in the process of a home sale and the buyers inspection company told us that the sump pump was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced before we could sell. I called **** at Enviropro since he installed it. I told him the home inspector tried it and stated that it looked like the sump pump had never been used, but would not go on when he tested it. This is coming from an unbiased home inspector hired by the people buying our house. **** said that he was glad that I came to him before going to a plumber, because he stated "HE WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT". He came the next day and came right in, trying the pump and seeing the the inspector was correct. A pump put in by Enviropro and never used, was broken and not working. It was probably flawed from the beginning. Without any discussion **** went to his truck and got a brand new replacement. I asked for a statement showing it was replaced to give to the buyers of our house. He completed a receipt and then told me that will be $ ******. I WAS STUNNED. I said you never discussed any money when I went to your house, nor did you mention any payment before installing at my house. You acted like it was a bad part and in your words "YOU WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT". I then asked if we could come to a negotiated price and he said "no, I need to be paid now". I was very upset, but I paid him the entire amount and asked him to leave my house. He could have been more forthright and then I could have decided whether or not I wanted to use him or get a better price from another company. He acted all along as if he would back up his work and again his words "MAKE IT RIGHT". He is a scam artist and should not be trusted. I thought he would back up his work and honor his word, but instead I got taken by con man. Think long and hard before hiring this company, because you never know what the final result or bill will be until they actually complete the job and then it's too late.

  In August of 2020 a footing drain system, with sump basin and pump, were installed due to his basement flooding. No complaints have been received up until the reported pump failure in November 2024.  The homeowner came to our facility to report this. The homeowner was advised at that time that the pump was out of warranty.  **** was scheduled to go there the next day.  The pump had failed, and was replaced with a new ******* pump.  The homeowner became agitated when presented the bill for the new pump.  He was told that he did not have to accept the new pump from us, and could look elsewhere. He decided to keep the pump, which was priced much less than a typical plumber would charge. Some inaccuracies in his statement should be pointed out.  The statements "He would make it right, You would make it right, make it right, and He was glad I came to him before a plumber", were never spoken. We believe the stress of selling his home caused him to overreact.
