    To Whom it May Concern:

Newton Veterinary Hospital did examine, perform diagnostics and treat Ms. ******* cat in October and November 2022.  We have a copy of reports confirming the heart condition from an ultra-sonographer of a third-party imaging center. The sonographic pathology report includes images to support the diagnosis.  We fully support the diagnosis and treatment that was recommended to this patient.

I am rejecting this response because:

Its funny how NONE of my paperwork states she was diagnosed with heart disease I recall getting a phone call saying we need to treat it like its heart disease because we dont know how else to treat it  they told me they never experienced her condition before MIND YOU she was just fixed and she got sick from the anesthesia she didnt have heart  disease  and these greedy jerks took me for all the money I didnt even have.. sick. They are scammers and deserve to be put out of business, animal lovers deserve the business not these heartless humans. Im disgusted that they put me in over 10 grand of debt with all the meds they had me giving her when they just made her faint. I stopped the meds and she got better. I literally have no words

    Regards,

    ******* *******
