    I purchased two vegan bags from this company via their website. I had much difficulty with the delivery and in dealing with their customer service. These bags were $105 total. One of the bags I used for a few months and one is already coming apart. It's in the seams and the upper areas are peeling. These bags should last much longer than a few months. This bag was purchased using Sezzle Pay and it was paid off months ago. I would like a check refund sent to me via *****

    This customer placed an order with us on October 9th of 2022. Her order was shipped out on October 10th and delivered on October 14th. The customer was in touch with our customer service stating that she loves the handbags and is happy with her experience. She expressed she may want to return one of the bags as it is too small for her liking. Our customer service team provided her with return instructions. She said she would consider returning but did not end up doing so. We never heard from this customer again. She did not reach out to let us know about any quality issues down the line. We would have been more than happy to offer her a replacement unit or refund for the handbag she was not pleased with. We did not get an opportunity to do so as she never notified us of any issues until this complaint was filed. Per our policy, we always extend a warranty to customers and offer replacement and exchange options if they aren't happy with the quality.

    I placed my first order with this company on 10/10/2022., order #*****. I only received one confirmation email. There was no follow-up emails with tracking info, as stated in the original email. In fact, there is no record of my email address in their system. They use DHL for shipping. I did not know this. DHL cannot access my secured building to deliver unless they have a code to get into the front door. Also, there is minimal tracking info for my order and it has two different city locations for it, ************, ** and *******, **. There are no updates and it was supposedly transferred to **** to deliver to ************, **. which is NOT my residence. I contacted The Vegan Warehouse and their employee gave me the runaround...that they are not responsible for the actual delivery. This is nonsense. They use DHL and DHL is paid by them. The employee actually stated that DHL will leave it at the front door. Again, this is a secured building and it will be stolen if just left at the front door. This order was $105 and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I used SEZZLE to pay for it, and they are also useless. The Vegan Warehouse has minimal, customer service and you have to leave a voicemail. I would like a refund. I will never use this company again. I could have gone to their location in ** to pick it up rather than go through all of this!
