    This company made and installed the railings for my brand new house. He charged us over $50k and did not provide any sort of clear communication from the get go, which was a huge red flag. He told us initially it would take 8 weeks as per the contract but he ended up taking over 12 weeks, whenever we called for update he lied saying next week or would straight up not answer calls. When he finally installed the rails were flimsy and moving so much. He did not follow regulations and installed a railing that is dangerous to have on the second floor. When asked to fix he said he wanted all of his money first, we said we would pay the agreed upon amount once he finishes the job. He added some brackets which did little to nothing to stop it from moving. When we told him that, he said once you put on wooden hand rail, it will be sturdy. And we said we wanted to verify this claim, ************************* followed us to our house and harassed my sister. He did not let her get into the car until the contractor called him and said stop harassing her. I gave him the payment and said im keeping $500 only until the handrailing is put on and i know its not gonna fall. Now the handrailing has been put on and its still extremely flimsy and on top of that, pieces of the design are breaking off. It has only been 2 months. This man is a complete scammer and acts like he doesnt understand according to his own convenience. Stay away
