    I was having an issue scheduling my sons drum ****** due to his school schedule, after moving dates and things around I was still unable to find a time that was suitable to us*I was told at the school I could paused the account until my schedule issue resolved* I agreed and asked 2 weeks before September to paused the account for the month of September and on until I could figure out my sons schedule better* However, when the 31st of august came I was charge for a months ****** * When I asked and express that accounts dont get placed on paused and then get a charge* That I was not informed of this when I made the request* I was told then that they charge a month in advance for the expected return to classes, that accounts are paused and when the member resumes ******s then that membership restarts* I told them pausing and account means you dont get charged in advance, much less without given notice to the member or prior consent of said charge, and that I was not informed of this charge ahead of time* I asked the person what happens if we cant come back and he says those are the policies and he was sorry that he didnt mentioned them before when I asked to pause the account* I explained that no other business charges a fee for you to pause an account and that a months worth of ******s should not be charge for a future return that might not happen* This is not fair or right and I feel i have been arm wrestle into returning or risk losing my money, when no notice was provided of said charge* I am sure this has happened to many other people before me, especially because they are constantly changing staff and schedule which also became an inconvenience* To be told that those are the policies after I have been charge a future month for when I unpause my account is wrong and one should not have to be forced to pay for a service on return when the whole point of the pause is to freeze the account so no further payments are collected until one returns and starts using the services/ premises*
