    This was one of the worst decisions I made moving to this place. The new owner is worse than the last owner. He came in took away all of the amenities and then raised the rents. There still is a 30-page list of violations of the state code that has not been completed and the State gives abatements in favor of the landlord while the tenants have to wait for months to have maintenance issues resolved. The office personnel are rude and not proficient in the language of English, and the discriminatory actions of this company seem to favor the Hispanics, and those who may be on Section 8 are prejudiced against when it comes to complying with laws of the State. Illegal occupancy is allowed, the smell of marijuana permeates through the hallways daily and the Superintendent has no power. It is all about money!!! This company provides a Lease they do not abide by and for some reason, there are constant notices about the water being shut off causing an inconvenience for anyone to function normally hoping there will be hot water to even shower by. Waiting to get the heck out of here and am warning any prospective tenant not to deal with any properties of this company because they do not care about treating people with respect and dignity. Only money-hungry!!
