NEW COUNTER TOP FOR MY KITCHEN & FOR ALL 3 BATHROOMS. PAINT ALL CABINETS IN THE ******************** REMOVE THE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE & THE ***** THAT WERE IN THE BATHROOMS, KITCHEN & IN FRONT OF MY FRONT DOOR. THEN PUT DOWN NEW VINYL PLANK *****ING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. INCLUDING THE BASEMENT THAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT TO BE FINISHED AS WELL. 12/25/23 I SENT *******, THE ***** OF TNM & THE CONTRACTOR I HIRED TO DO MY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT. INFORMED HIM MY KITCHEN ***** WAS COMING APART. AS OF TODAY 2/12/24 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ******* AT ALL. HOW VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN U WERE THE ONE I SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH. ON 2/16/24 I MET WITH THE ***************, HE'S THE SUBCONTRACTOR THAT INSTALLED THE *****ING. HE CAME LOOKED AT THE ISSUE, SAID HE'D HAVE TO TAKE UP PORTION OF THE ***** TO FIX & REPAIR THE PROBLEM. AFTER NOT HEARING FROM HIM FOR A MIN, I CALLED HIM ON 2/2/24 HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME SUNDAY WHICH WAS 2/4/24 SO WE CAN SCHEDULE THE REPAIR. BECAUSE HE HAD GOTTEN THE MATERIAL HE NEEDED. TODAY IS 2/12/24 & I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ****. I FEEL LIKE I'M BEING IGNORED OR PLAYED WITH. UNPROFESSIONALLY SPEAKING, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM *******.. WHEN THE CARPET & ***** WERE REMOVED THE *****ING UNDER WAS DAMAGED. I HAVE THE SAME ISSUES THROUGHOUT MY HOME FAR AS THE SOFT SPOTS & UNLEVELING OF THE *****. BUT I WASN'T FOCUSING ON IT. I WAS FOCUSING ON THE KITCHEN BECAUSE IT HAD STARTED TO COME APART. I JUST WANTED THEM TO FIX THE KITCHEN ***** & LEAVE ME WITH THE REST OF MY DISAPPOINTMENT. BUT I FEEL LIKE I'M NOT BEING TREATED FAIRLY. ESPECIALLY BEING IGNORED BY THE *****. NOT EVEN THE DECENCY OF A RETURN TEXT FROM *******. UNFORTUNATELY, HE IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. NOTHING ELSE. I AM TRYING TO KEEP THIS MATTER SMALL & OUT OF THE COURTS, HE OBVIOUSLY WANTS IT TO BECOME A LEGAL MATTER...
