I ordered a **************** plant for a funeral on Saturday, January 13, **** with *****. She asked if I wanted a card. I said yes & told her what I wanted. I requested for orange & green ribbons on the floor plant. The orange & green ribbons represent the college I attended. I collected money from alumni to purchase the plant. This time the alumni wasn't able to recognize the Peace ***** The alumni that attended the funeral looked at the Peace **** that was by the casket. The plant had a white ribbon and no card attached to it.I was contacted immediately after the funeral to inquire about Peace **** that the alumni sent. The funeral was on MLK Day, so I decided to I call the following day.I called on Tuesday, January 16, and spoke to *****. She said the Peace **** was sent. I told her that there was no card or orange and green ribbons. She said she would have the owner call me. I didn't receive a call at all from the florist shop or the owner. One of the ladies that attended the funeral told me that the Peace **** came from a friend of the family.I called the florist shop again this morning and spoke to *****. I informed her that I hadn't heard from the owner. I also relayed that the Peace **** didn't come from them, but from someone else. She stated she would speak to the owner and have him call me. A male called ************** who said he delivered the Peace **** to an older African American man. I said, I was told the Peace **** came from someone else. Why wasn't a card attached? He stated, they take the cards off. That's not try. The cards indicate who sent the plant. I asked about the ribbons. He said, they didn't have orange and green. I asked why wasn't I notified that they didn't have orange and green ribbons. He said because I ordered it the day before. I said it was a plant not an arrangement. He offered me $10. I want a full refund.
