    Leaving a review because despite reading bad reviews I tried to give this place a chance ! ******* was just very unprofessional. Was very quick to tell me do an application for $200 and not get back to me, I had to go through an employee at Arbor Hills due to the fact she saw how inconvenienced I was and how unprofessional ******* was being. There was no contact, and when there was she would not let me get one word in and would talk over me and mention her illness. While Im sensitive to the fact, she just never reached out, helped me nothing. I want A refund for money as this was just an extremely bad experience. I was promised an apartment at $1450 rent and could move in by July 15,22. All I had To do was do the application and have it in by the time she (*******) came back from her 2 week vacation. She said her family that works with her in realty would reach out to me. NEVER did. I went To Arbor Hills 2x they said they were also telling the young lady to contact me but she never did! I did my part and got NO help from her, she was extremely quick to accept my application from her colleague at Arbor Hills and not return my calls and take my money ! Highly upsetting ! Please advise as I would like my refund the workers there know how often Ive called and all said the same thing, this was not OK on ******* end and agreed I should get my refund back. However, stated it was up to her. I spoke To her today 6/29/22 for my refund she played the illness card and did not let me speak, she was speaking over me; and made excuses or ignored when I made Points about why I should receive my money back due to her lack of help and contact
