  I had a groundhog digging holes in my front yard and under my house. I searched for a professional to handle the problem for me. I came across ***************************** Control - Raccoon Guy (***************************) and found many good ****** reviews about this company. I sent an online request on their website and received an email about all their guarantees. I called them to talk about the details and was told that the quote included only one target animal. I needed to pay extra if there was more than one target animal. I found it reasonable, plus ***** sounded trustworthy and honest over the phone. I signed the quote online without reading it through and paid $495 in total up front, as requested. Next day, some staff came over to set up the trap. A few days passed and nothing happened. I sent an email telling them that the trap was not working. They didnt change their approach or trap location. They just changed the baits. Another week passed and nothing happened. One day I checked the trap and found that they had already retrieved the trap without telling me. I called them and was told by ***** that Job is complete when one of the target species have been trapped or *************************************************** activity. There is no guarantee on trapping. I was angry and voiced my disagreement. He said he would come over to have a look. I was expecting him to come over to discuss alternative solutions with me but instead he just dropped off the trap at the exact same location as three weeks ago. No one rang the doorbell. And then they just left the trap behind and they had no follow-up actions at all!

  I was hearing noises in my attic & contacted this company. I was told it was birds (they never came into my home to investigate the noise). I was charged $875 for the service (this price included them coming back if the issue was not resolved). After the first visit (I was told they would be at my home at a certain time, however, I waited all afternoon) I was still hearing the noise. I contacted them and was told it would take approx, 5 days for the birds to come out. They placed a long metal tube on the side of my house which would allow the birds to come out but not get in. Well, I was showing my neighbor the tube when I saw a bird fly right INTO the tube. I contacted them again, and asked if they ever come into the house to investigate. I was told they could come in so I gave them times I would be home. Once again, they show up hours past the given time. They adjusted the tube and NEVER came into my house. I asked what would happen if baby birds were still inside - I was told they would either escape or die and decompse! A few weeks pass by and I am hearing noise again. I contact the company again and say I am not thrilled with their service as it was NOT AN INEXPENSIVE undertaking. I was told they would come and take a look again. It was raining the day they were supposed to come, however, they never contacted me to say they wouldn't come and when to reschedule. I was told I should have figured out they would not be working in the rain. I was then told I was being rude because I wasn't happy with their service (a service I PAID $875 for). I finally said I would call another company because I clearly wasn't getting the results I paid for. I also said I would leave a review on their website. I was then told they would post our communications and people could decide for themselves. I was fine with that since I had all the text messages that were sent to me. Final outcome - I still have animals in my attic and I need to contact another company.
