    I am filing this complaint because I would like to find a way to make this company to sell different types of drug type products which produce all kinds of psychedelic effects (Marijuana, mushrooms and who knows what other drugs, which come in different presentations: gummies, cigars, vapes), without age control, making it accessible to minors, my son 16 y/o because of these products being available without any restriction and/or supervision, had to be taken almost dead to the emergency room due to overdose of these products. He used our bank account without authorization, and they kept them in their files and started automatic charges and shipping products.

    My 17 years old son ******* ******** has been ordering from this company and having THC products delivered to my home. He is not ID and did not have to show proof of age

    My 14 year old son was able to buy weed & mushroom gummies from this NJ site (Premium Delta-8 & CBD, 8 Resellers, delta8resellers.com) and get it shipped to my house in MD. When I asked my son how he was able to order these products from their site without being 18 or 21 years old, he told me that they do not check for ID. To further investigate, I purchased an item from the site to see if it was true. When you first access the site, a pop-up comes on the screen saying that the site will check ID/verify age during the checkout process but that never happened. Lastly, my son took 3 of the mushroom gummies without me knowing and experienced an allergic reaction. He had small bumps all over his face and arms that itches. I had to give him medication to stop the itching.

    On January 4 I placed a purchase on this site as a minor trying to purchase drugs, mushrooms, and other products off of here they ship to many other minors, and also scam and keep money, knowing that they have their customers info, and will leak it These are truly monsters here at Delta eight resellers

    I got the mail alert that items were being delivered to my house.

    Order was placed by a MINOR, Items with THC were then shipped to a Minor.

    I sent an email through to ask how they verify age of individuals and have heard no response.
    My email asked that they DO not refund the MINOR, or reship the items if they are claimed LOST in the mail.

    THC mailed across state lines to a minor seems extremely inappropriate, if not illegal.

    on 11/14/23 my children was able to acess the site and purchase edibles in which they gave to other children 2 of my children became very sick and one had to be taking to the hospital. the website does not require age to be verified and they are selling drugs to under age children. this is not tolerable.

    I ordered from the online company delta 8 resellers for my mom on August 17th. When I typed in the address it was correctly typed as **************************** Then when it all got submitted it somehow was switched and sent to **************************** I have no idea where the package ended up I have never found where it went so i contacted the business and they at first seemed helpful then quickly became very rude and unhelpful with the situation. They havent answered me since September 12th. Ive emailed multiple times asking for some sort of help and theyve done nothing and now have stopped answering. I spent a total of $71.98.
