      On August 23, 2024 we took our vehicle to this location for a standard synthetic oil change. We have read the reviews but we had a good experience getting tires at the location an figured it was a routine service. We had a 10 am appointment. We dropped off and they told my husband that they were going to call. We went about our day not excepting to wait hours. Finally at 3pm my husband called. He was put on hold for an extended period of time and they came back on saying it was just completed! 5 hours later!! We went in and wanted to speak to the owner but he was not there and there was other people complaining about services. There was no apology, NOTHING! The car was sitting since we brought it home Friday. Fast forward to today Monday 8/26/24 at approx 9:30 am, I went to take my children to school riding down the street and I hear a loud noise and pull immediately back home. I see a large metal piece hanging from the vehicle. My husband calls and they try to say their is nothing to show this is their fault. The piece is a splash guard that must be removed during oil changes and then secured back on. Someone calls me then hangs *** on me when I said I cannot go outside to look to see if there is oil leaking because I am on a work conference call! A tow comes at about 11:30 to get the vehicle he confirms that what is was and says he will take it back to the shop and someone will call. He was the only decent thing about this shop and he should find a new job cause he is too good for them. NO ONE CALLS! I call at approx 1pm and am on hold for over 12 minutes. NOTHING! My husband calls and they have not even touched the car! Now I need to get my kids and have no way to get them so my husband needs to leave work to deal with this mess that should of never happened in the first place. No apologies, NOTHING! The owner is never around to speak to which is absurd. This is not how a business is run! My next call is 7 on your side in **.

      I am so sorry for what happened, after speaking to my manager and getting all the details of what happened. We did not do a good job of communicating with you in the delay of the service. As for the part that was not put on properly. We ordered the parts from the dealer and will call and set up a appointment so we can propley install that for no charge. I am the owner and currently away, but soon as i get back i will get in touch to make sure everything is taken care of. I have included my cell number incase you cant get in touch with me in the future. We are a small family owned business and value each and every customer. I am so sorry for the inconveniece this has caused.
