    I have held a contract with XOGISTIX . It was a very complicated relationship we had, they took over a month to give me my 1st payment and had the nerves to send me over 200 miles a day to deliver SLEEPNUMBER beds . They then came up with tons of claims that were over priced and Im sure they would make a profit out of. Needless to say XOGISTIX and I have parted ways and here they are holding my last 2 paychecks.It clearly states in the contract that XOGISTIX will hold your LAST CHECK NOT YOUR LAST 2 checks and up they are claiming that we have unsettled claims with them. This is all new to me as it came up upon us ending the work relationship.On top of everything they expect the contractors to dump the mattresses at their expense and XOGISTIX pays them back lol. My team and I worked for Xogistix for two years and they only recently got a dumpster. And that was because the warehouse they are using along with the contractors forced it on them.Im still owed a total of $3,600. They are ignoring my emails and every other attempt I have been making to get this money back however, I will be seeing them in court as Im starting a class action lawsuit.

    I have been with Xogistix for 11 years now, delivering/ installing Sleep Number bed. To me the management and contractor relationship is like family. Just like any other company, there are challenges but the way and manner the mangers handle them speaks volume. One thing I want to say is if you are a lazy person, Xogistix is not a place for you. They believe in honesty and hardwork.
