      I can not stress enough how happy Ive been with my purchase and this company. The entire process was easy and clear. My purchase arrived in less than 24 hours (wtf thats insane) and the product itself is been the most fun thing Ive used. I highly recommend American Music Supply and Pioneer DJ products.

      American musical is great. Not all musicians have the money to get the gear they need much less they want. *** makes that possible for us. Over the last 15 years Ive shopped with *** all of my orders have arrived on time. Nothing has ever been broken and theyve done everything possible to make someone already happy, happier. Thank you guys.

      I have been using *** for years and not once I had any problems or issues with the equipment. Very comfortable payment plans they have. I don't get nothing whether you buy here or not but I definitely recommend them.

      I have been a customer for the past 10 years and never had to return an item. A few months ago, I purchased 2 speakers and one of them went out after a month. I called to let them know I needed to return and I was told they needed to do a diagnostic over the phone to see if they could resolve the issue. I explained that I couldnt hooked it up to anything so that would not be possible. When I called again I was told I was past the 45-day return policy but because Im within the 1-year warranty, I can return it to the manufacturer. I have contacted the manufacturer several times and have been unable to speak with anyone. This could have been avoided if *** had just allowed me to return the speaker the first time which was within the 45-day window. We have spent thousands of dollars, never been late with a payment, and have paid off EVERYTHING weve purchased. Because of this experience, Im not sure if we will purchase anymore equipment from *** or Alto Professional who is the company the speakers came from through ***.

      Hi, ******. Given that you contacted us about this issue within your 45 day timeframe, I'm happy to grant an extension on this. We will still require you to go through some basic troubleshooting steps to evaluate, so you will need to hook it up to something. This is our standard procedure for a product failure, and once this is complete we will be happy to set you up with a return authorization.

      A $276 purchase resulted in an additional $1800+ in fraudulent charges. Associate ***** E had himself a little shopping spree with stolen card info. Absolutely HORRIBLE people, with no ethics. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS!

      We did not have a shopping spree with your card info. You had an outstanding balance from numerous pay plan orders where you stopped payment. When the new order was placed, we used the card information to collect the overdue and outstanding balance that was owed.

      Americal Musical Supply is simply the best place to shop for music equipment and accessories. Considerately convenient payment plan's available, awesome selection, and the staff is genuine. I don't generally tend to feel compelled to leave "reviews", but *** is just legitimately awesome and I'm grateful that they exist. My #1 choice for music equipment, without question.

      *** offers great selection and very good fair credit practice. That's what drove my initial purchase of Focal Lensys, about $800. Did the 6 month no credit check deal, all executed as advertised. The order included a few little things with the main headphone purchase, and that was the only little thing I could squabble with, the deliver was delayed and 100% organized/smooth. But, to *** credit, they were very responsive via email, I got a follow up which I stopped expecting from retail nowadays, and got my stuff, with a bit of a delay. Not enough to stain the other otherwise excellent purchasing experience for me, so 5 stars. Now, for the second purchase, they will need to match the current market price that is 25% lower then it was. *** has it at $2K, others, including manufacturer's website, at 1.5K. So we'll see how it goes, the "rules" on this is match the price, I'm sure AMS will, but I will report the results when I have them. Stay tuned!!
