      We purchased a stove, dishwasher, range and stove hood. All went well until we discovered that the stove hood blocks opening one of the cabinet doors all the way. Johnsons sent a service tech out to look at it which is pretty much all he did. They said they tried to find another one that would fit but they couldnt find one. Though they made some effort to find another hood, the bottom line is were left with a cabinet door that doesnt open all the way. I asked for some compensation. I was told no compensation and they would not take it back. We never even heard an apology. We cant recommend this business if they leave their customers unhappy.

      ********* says they install new dishwashers. After I purchased a dishwasher, and waited 2 weeks, ********* called to schedule delivery and told me to hire a plumber to install. The only reason I purchased from them was they promised installation. I immediately cancelled the purchase. What a waste of time!

      Hello, This is a grossly inaccurate statement. The start of this process was with the realtor of the unit. I personally spoke to the realtor and said we would not be able to install this unit because it is a speciality item, a portable dishwasher, something we do not install. The realtor called me back and said to just deliver the unit and he ( the realtor ) would get a plumber out to install the unit. We called ************ and sold him a dishwasher. He paid for the unit plus tax, no install. We called him the day before with a time window. He demanded that we install the unit or he was canceling. We explained to him that the realtor had made arrangements to have the dishwasher installed, we were only delivering the item. He became irate and wanted to cancel the sale. A refund on his credit card was processed that day.
