    I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last month from planet fitness. I first called 2 months ago and when i asked I got told to come in person and they would explain the process. I went in person and they told me to return with a written letter as my contract would allow me to cancel at anytime. So i did, gave the manager the letter, and was told it will be canceled in a few days. Then I called multiple times in the last few days to see why my account hasnt been canceled. Each time i get hung-up on whenever I ask about canceling my membership. Then I go to check my contract in the app to read through it. However now it is not viewable like it was before i submitted my letter. As shown in the photo taken the app brings up an error. I do not respect being mislead and my account not being canceled immediately, this is outrageous. Also the contract should be viewable and downloadable and email copied to me but it never was.

    Account was debited $55.00 for the yearly membership dues. I am able to cancel my membership but was told that the annual dues will not be refunded. I was told the dead line to cancel was March 25. I asked if any emails/notifications were sent to advise of this upcoming charge and was told that they do not send such notifications and that its something you should remember from when you sign up.
