    Apparently, Game Liquidations sells items it does not have and their CSRs repeatedly lie about it. I ordered a $2,450 AV receiver from Game Liquidations through their online store at *******. Big Mistake. They quickly took my money and created a shipping label. A week later, nothing had progressed! The unit never shipped. The "expected delivery date" came & went. I contacted G-L by phone and their **************** *** told me on two separate days "Your order is going out today." The second time he told me, he even said that ***** was picking it up at 2:00PM that day. None of that happened. Days went by after the promised "pickup events", and then I finally contacted ******* to get a refund. I had to deal with ******* for almost a week before I was able to get a refund issued. Slow shipping is one thing. Selling items you don't have and then repeatedly lying about it is totally different. I'll never again deal with Game Liquidations! If you do, don't say I didn't warn you!

    I ordered an 83" ********** from a one-man business. The seller, ********, told me that ******* would ship the ** directly to me within 3 weeks. However, after 3 weeks, I had not received any tracking information. When I called ********, he told me that the ** had been discontinued. This seems like a lie, as I had not been informed of the **'s discontinuation prior to this point. I believe that this business is not legit, and I would advise others to stay away.

    The ** arrived damaged (has ******************* on lower right of **), ******* and I have contacted the seller several times to facilitate a return. The seller refuses to accept returns, instead advised me to contact ******* to have them repair it.

    They partner with ******** Spent nearly $1850 on a new Television. Within two months the item stopped working. I was under the return policy and according to ******** I had 90 days to return the item. I contacted Mainstreet Liquidations about returning it and was told I would be charged $250 to ship the item back plus a 10% restocking fee. They sold me a defective item and then attempt to charge me more to return it. Stay away from this company. I have a 5-year warranty and was within the 90 days and they still tried to take advantage.
