    I bought a Jeep Cherokee used in August of 2023. Approximately ****** miles. I paid appropriately 24,000$ . Since then I have had to return the car twice for the same problem. The parking break engages and wont release, The first time it happened was around November 2023. It took them 1 month to return the car. They said it was a computer part malfunction. Free of charge. It happened again a w over a week ago. Now they say there is a cargo leak that causes the computer chip problem and I will have to pay for the leak. Im having problems with them not calling me back to let me know where the car stands. I also found out that this is a problem with the make and model of auto I have. I wanted to find out if there is anything I can do legally to rectify this situation

    Hi.  I am confirming this issue is being handled.  We had to order 2 parts for the rear door mechanism and we are also replacing the sunroof seal.  All is being handled under warranty from Jeep.  Please let me know if you need anything further for this matter.  Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your business.

    I dropped off my Jeep on August 17th for repair and have not received it back. I was initially told it would be done the next day. I get no calls from the shop keeping me up to date on what is going on. It has been almost two weeks now and they simply tell me they can't get the alignment right and are sending it out (to the same place over and over) to do again. I want my jeep fixed and returned ASAP!

    Went to Dodge , Chrysler, Jeep of ********* on July 29 to see if they could see what the issue I was having with my Radio , I talked with ** one of the service managers he came outside and seen that my radio was doing what they call ghost touches , which means the led screen is becoming separated from the radio . He told me to give Chrysler a call because a lot of there vehicles are having this problem and chrysler is supposed to address the issue it been almost a month and chrysler keeps giving me the run around saying they dont have anything in there records from Seview Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep saying that my radio was diagnosed but they are just now saying this after us having talks weeks ago and then a couple times even after that . This is an issue where the radio is the brain of the car and they been having this issue and it should be a recall on this item if their product is having this type of trouble nation wide. With all their vehicle that have the * connect system
