    I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The woman I spoke with on 5/14/24 at 10:30 am should be fired. She was laughing at my situation and not the least bit helpful. Horribly unprofessional.I have called so many times about my bills, I was told over and over again that I did not have a new bill. Then I was put on a payment plan by a gentleman ( I think his name was *****) on 4/23/24. Now I'm getting a message on my account that part of my bill is in collections? Does ANYONE there know what they are doing? This is the worst company as far as communication, customer service, and common sense. No wonder the reviews are so horrible. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid RWJ at all cost. I'd rather die than use you guys again.
