    My Son took his permit test in May at MTV driving school. We left with a paper telling us his 6 hours were scheduled for 3 dates in June. The first lesson was cancelled, because they had not obtained his permit yet. The next day he began his 6 hours of driving lessons. At the end of his 6 hours he still did not receive his permit, only a certificate of completion. After many phone calls and an in person visit I have been told the same thing, "It is because o the DMV" that they do not have the permit. Now, as of the middle of July I can no longer get in touch with this company. We paide $460 for their services and nothing to show for it.
    Other driving schools have successfully given their students permits with no issues from the DMV, as I have friends who have received theirs.
    I am at a loss for how this company can disregard their clients.

    Purchased driving lessons for my son ***** on 1/9/2024. Lessons were scheduled for 2/12 2/13 2/14 pending the result of the written test. 1/29/2024 Danielle the secretary reached out to confirm the appointment and to collect the driving certificate. I responded letting Danielle know that I apologize but I would have to cancel the driving lessons due to my son failing the driving test and moving out of my home, which all happened within the days proceeding the confirmation. Danielle responded with, "oh ok no problem."
    When I contacted again to arrange an appointment so I can receive my refund I was told no one would be in the office due to her having Covid. She told me two days that she would be back in the office. Both of the days she responded that she was still not in the office.
    Then it turned into her boss Mark has to meet me in person to get a refund, Tried to set that appointment up and was told that she forward my information to him and that I would expect a call. I proceeded to give another 7 days, reached out again and was given an excuse that she was not aware that I was not reached. Let more time go, I tried to reach out again stating that I did not hear from Mark yet, and received no response.
    In the meantime between texts I would go to the office during their normal business hours and the office is always closed and locked. They refuse to answer the phones and they have not returned any messages that have also been left in their voicemail.
    I would like the full amount that was paid returned to me.

    Paid for driving lessons for my son thru owner ****. He forgot to gets my sons permit so last minute before the paperwork from school Expired we went to get him his permit He went driving with my son for a total Of 90 minutes. He yelled at him And made my son extremely uncomfortable. We asked for a new instructor and we got the run around for months. Not calling us back. Hanging up on us. Telling us they would call right back . They did schedule Lessons another time and failed to Show up. I requested my money back for services not rendered and he told me too bad.
