Tri State was supposed to evaluate and fix my broken furniture today. I fell from the broken recliner. They insisted they were at my house today and I tried to tell them that the driver lied- I have a Ring Doorbell and four dogs and I was sitting in my livingroom right by the door.
They insisted my house was yellow and my doorbell was on the left side. They sent a picture to Macys of what was NOT my house. They would not listen, nor come back. This is their third mistake- first time no show, second time wrong day and today wrong house. I once again took off of work and had to cancel a doctor’s appointment. I sat in my house the entire day waiting. Macys said they would come back later on. I called Tristate and they said they were not coming back. Shantell would not have the president call me after several requests, nor would she give me the email of the president. She sent me over to George M*******, who claims to be the vice president. He would not give me the email of the president of the company and claimed to be “following protocol”, which I still have no idea what he was talking about. Since it was their error, once again, the tech should have been sent back. I am having surgery next week, so this was my absolute last day to get this fixed. This company is incompetent and has terrible customer service and communication.
