    This is the worst place for customer service. I have had Cataract surgery done in August/September 2024. They are very sly in billing or giving you the real cost before. Please be careful. They tell you one price then they somehow manipulate you into overcharging. I am trying from the past 4 weeks through my insurance to settle charges they have made. The billing department never called back to the ***** representative or me. Don't get any work done here in this place. The whole billing is scam like, they bill you and Aetna with no proper explanation. Also, there is the ***************** involved, since they don't do surgery there locally. The hospital is riverside in ************. Between the 2 it's a nightmare
