I had this company come out to open my pool with an agreed price which came out to be $400.91. It was required I prepay and did so and the company sent employees on 5/31/23. They took the cover off and started the process and they stated they could not complete the job as they could not get the pump primed and would have to come back. they left the pool cover out and the opening chemicals in the box. Nobody contacted me I had to track down the company after numerous texts and phone calls and then being told it was my equipment and it would cost $175 for first half hour to diagnose the problem and $75 for any 30 minutes each. I was able to get the pump running and requested a refund. I was called today and given a $50 refund, I find this totally unacceptable and this shows a lack of professionalism. I wasn't asking for $400 back. They did next to no work and then tried to have them come out and charge me more money. I really should have gotten at least $200 back, but I really don't have time to haggle with a person by the name of *** who is the manager and he couldn't even call back and had his secretary do it. This is bad business practice.
