    I used this company to fix my inground Maytronics pool cleaner. I had to chase the owner around just to come out which should have been the first red flag that I had no other resources at the time and he is a certified Maytronics dealer. A side note, he gave me an attitude and was intimidating when I questioned his practices and policies. He eventually came out and I paid a nominal fee in the form of a check for the initial diagnostic. He left stating he would get me a new motor. I then had to chase him around again via texts and phone calls to follow up. Being it that it was the end of the season I did not realize until the beginning of this season that the cleaner is still not working. During the process of securing a new provider this season I have discovered that the motor was never actually replaced. Tal, the provider, actually brought a "new" motor to our house, charged us $400 that we paid in cash, and reinstalled the old broken motor which is evidenced by the serial number. Additionally, he never cashed the check which I'm assuming is because he didn't want a paper trail. However I do have numerous texts and phone calls that appear on my phone bill of which the content can be accessed only by taking legal action and has not been done. The service provider I am working with right now who helped me discover all this indicated that he has had a litany of customers who have reported intermittent sketchy interactions as with this company as well. This business owner has not responded to outreach at this point in time for reimbursement and he has reportedly closed his storefront.

    I send a blue diamond Pool Cleaner in June to repair I was struggling to clean my pool all summer long. and the company is ignoring my phone calls and text messages emails and not sending me back my units. Theyre giving me all kind of excuses. I would like to have my unit back. They keep on telling me its on the way, and when I ask him for the tracking number they are not responding Please help me to resolve this issue
