    I purchased 3 passion wave bundles from Hair So Fab on 5/30/25. I received the bundles on 6/7/25. I co-washed the bundles on 6/8 with Tresemme Mousture Rich Shampoo/Conditioner. I followed all instructions that were listed on their website. I got my bundles professionally installed/ sewn in on 6/12/25. Three days into the install my hair started becoming matted and tangled. I went back to the website and followed more instructions. After repeatedly following those styles the hair was getting worse. The hair was shedding in clumps! I notified the company on 6/24/25. I received a response on 6/25/25 instructing me to fill out form. I completed the form with complete pictures showing the damaged bundles. I’ve been constantly ignored by this company which totally unfair! This company swear by their products but I guess they only give the quality hair to influencers! I’m a paying consumer that hair wasn’t cheap nor was my install and all the products that their website suggested to use for these bundles!! In this economy it’s hard for the working class too I don’t have money to throw away that’s over $600 down the drain only to be ignored and dismissed this company doesn’t appreciate their customers and sale trash bundles I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!!

    Received a bundle of weaving hair. Bundle of hair was tangled and hard to brush. Requested if I could make an exchange at the location I purchase hair from.

    This business advertises and sells luxury human hair. I purchased hair from this location and a day later the hair was not what they claimed it to be. Tangle free and minimal shedding. I spent $431 dollars on three bundles on June 6th 2024 and had a hairstylist install it on June 7th 2024. After installation it was noticeable tangled and began shedding. I contacted the seller immediately because this is not the bo for lux hair and I thought maybe they gave me something. Else. They replied with an automated message and told me to wash the hair.

    Refund status? It’s over 75 days past the charge back and over 5 months since I ordered the hair in December I thinking having to call the police or call the cops over fraud is unnecessary. But at this point I’m concerned I’ve been scammed cause ya won’t even respond. So am I just suppose to loss $139?

    I have had route protections. They paid ya for insurance and yet ya refuse to refund me. So you have $136 of my money and $136 from route protect. Hairsofab was paid twice for a wig they didn’t even send. They accidentally sent shampoo Order number *****
    There must be over 5 emails I sent them about my refund from December 2023 and it’s May 2024 tomorrow. Give me my refund.

    I spent almost $400 on some hair that I can never use again. People work hard for their money I’m out here struggling and got scammed by this hair company. I ain’t never in my life got scammed this bad from purchasing hair that doesn’t even feel human. I live all the way in Chicago I’ve been trying my best to get in contact with someone from this rip off company. They know they dead wrong for scamming people with that horrible hair, it’s wrong on all levels and I don’t recommend nobody to purchase any hair from this company. I want some of my hard earned money back or something.i have broken 3 wig brushes trying to brush this hair it’s so nappy and tangled and when i do finally get a brush thru it sheds so bad. I can’t even turn my head without it tangling and balding up.
