    On September 1,2022 employees from this business asked ro access my property to cut down a tree. They advised this would be a 2 day process. I came back after the holiday weekend to find that they had cut down a tree on my property without my permission. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and they stated a supervisor was coming to my home. I requested that they notify me when they arrived which was not done. When I called back they stated **** had been there here and left. He came back and advised he sad an arborist and advised there was a problem with the tree they cut down. I advisrdci did not hire them to cut any trees on my property. I was told they would contact me which did not happen. I tried calling back to get some assistance but no one would answer the phone. I left several voice messages but to this date I still have not heard from anyone and no calls were returned. The workers also trampled and broke ************************************************************************************************* that came back later and advised there was nothing wrong with the tree so they were not not going to cut it down after the incident. This was a family tree and had the names of my family members that previously passed away. It had great sentimental value as the first one in my family to own a home.
