      STAY AWAY FROM Team Leaks Contracting, LLC Several violations:1. Breach of Contract 2. Violation of Contractors Registration Act 3. Violation of Consumer Fraud Act And THEY STEAL items out of your house!!!!!!!!!!!

      We successfully sued Team Leaks for inferior workmanship, fraud (expired license), complete lack of communication. They ended up leaving us in enormous debt (3x) what we planned to pay due to incorrectly drilling composite, all of the electric work was incorrect, pretty much nothing met code. We tried multiple times to resolve the issues with them to no avail. They were completely unresponsive to all court paperwork which is a shame because they were found at fault for about $250k due to NJ treple laws. And they were found guilty of fraud which cant be cleared by bankruptcy. If they had just reached out wed have gladly setup a payment plan. Insanely, at one point they reached out to see when they could come pick up some things they left! Meanwhile, they stole purchased screen doors and left our property in shambles! If you look up **** or ***** Leaks in ************ under Civil cases, you will find the judgement. *** S, Im angry for you. Our fraud occurred in *********, the judgement was finally granted January 2024.

      I am appalled that my aging mother was victimized by Team Leaks Contractor who exhibited poor quality workmanship, annd shotty work, inadequate customer service, and a troubling lack of responsiveness. The contractor not only failed to complete the agreed-upon work but also refused to provide a refund for the incomplete services. This situation was particularly distressing as the contractor exploited the vulnerability of an elderly senior citizen, taking advantage of their trust and good faith. The review serves as a cautionary tale, urging others to carefully vet contractors and ensure they are reputable and reliable.
