    If I could give no stars I would. This company is all about taking money with no result. They have poor communication and closed an account without any calls or emails. Next thing you know I get an email from a collections saying I owe them money. How do I owe you money when I pay you money to pay off my debt? Mad confused! Floyd *********** who was my agent was very unprofessional and have a bad attitude. He was very argumentative and did allow me to talk or express my frustration of concern. He yelled which made me way more frustrated. When asked for a supervisor he refused and claimed he would send an email with that supervisor contact info but yet to receive it. I would recommend no one to deal with this company ever! Unless you want to be taken advantage of.

    “There was a time not too long ago when I thought the entire world was against me.  I had all sorts of people harassing me for money I did not have.     SCAMMERS !!! BE AWARE! The 5 stars reviews are from their own employees, this company was supposed to help us with our debts and all they did was pay themselves as much as they could and took us to a worse situation they basically took almost a half million to their packets without paying what we agreed we end up worse than when we started,I have been contacted for different people in the same situation to take them to court with a massive lawsuit. if you do not want to end up filling a BANKRUPTCY stay far away from those BIG SCAMMERS!

    The client contacted is in February of 2020 because they were unable to pay their business debts according to the creditors original terms. After numerous conversations over the next 6 months they made the decision to hire us. The client had approximately $1,000,000 dollars in past due debt. owed to 11 different creditors. Over the next 3 years we diligently worked on their behalf resolving 5 of the creditors who were owed in excess of $600,000. We were able to reduce their obligations by $167,000 while spreading the payments out over several years. The clients claim that we took almost a half million dollars is patently untrue. The majority of the funds that the client provided towards the restructuring were paid to their creditors according to the terms of the settlements that we obtained, Any fees that were charged were done so according to the terms of the contract based upon the results that we achieved.
