We used this company on 12/20/2023 after noticing our HCAV unit was leaking from the attic. They noted the following were in need of repair: a new drain pain and a new condensation sensor. As all of the parts were still under warranty with *****, we moved forward with the repairs at their estimate of $2,950. Prior to starting, one of the technicians - ******************* - assured us he would handle returning the broken parts to the distributor in order for us to get some of the money back. They stated that we should receive $1400-$1600 in return under the warranty. As of 2/2/2024, the broken parts have not been brought to the distributor, and nearly ***** phone calls from my phone and my wifes phone have been ignored. We are owed this money for a warranty we paid for.

I had a problem with my heating in which it was getting super hot for no reason. I was at work and called this company up to solve the problem. On October 22nd I called up this company and they arrived. They said my zone valve needed to be replaced. A couple hours later, they changed my thermostat and zone valve. About three weeks later the zone valve stopped working and completely shut off. After that I called again and another person came. They then proceeded to trip my damper on my heating boiler. It overheated and blew up. I then called the Waldwick Police Department and PSE&G came to survey the problem. They said everything was safe because I turned off the damper and pilot light temporarily. The zone valve costed $850 originally and the replacement for the whole boiler (which was done by a separate business) costed $6950. As you can see in the picture, the zone valve was 19 years old (39th week of 2004). I was overcharged and scammed out of money. The tripping of the damper made my boiler unsafe and destroyed my original boiler which I had to replace. I want my cost of the boiler reimbursed and the zone valve cost as well.
