5 starsVery Satisfied with the their Work Despite Challenges!I rarely write reviews, but I need to write one.We hired Reliable Renovation Plus for a basement renovation, and overall, We are very pleased with the results. There were multiple issues with the plumbing and sewer system during the renovation, which caused some delays and disruptions. However, ***** and his team handled the situation calmly and professionally, making sure everything was resolved without causing unnecessary stress. The quality of the work was excellent, and the final outcome exceeded our expectations. They were always responsive to our needs, paid attention to detail, and kept the worksite clean. We are very grateful for their reliability and would definitely hire them again for future projects.Review fromEd D

We hired ***** and his crew to do a full renovation of our master bath which had last been updated in 1982. Accommodations also were needed for a disabled family member. We had gotten estimates from several other contractors as well. ******* quote was fair, but the fully detailed estimate of the work to be done was the deciding factor. It gave me the confidence that the work would be done professionally and accurately. It turned out that our decision to select ***** and his crew was the right one. He is an excellent communicator, reliable, knowledgeable and capable, the finished product is beautifully done and we are very pleased with the outcome. I've told him he can use us as a reference if he so chooses.

We were in need to renovate two bathrooms, a kitchen ceiling and the basement that were damaged due to a major water leak. Reliable Renovations Plus came up in our search as a top renovation general contractor. What caught our attention was the great reviews from customers that had work done by **********************. When we met ***** we understood why the great reviews. His overall demeanor immediately earned him our trust. ***** politely listened to our concerns, recommended solutions and his estimate met our budget. I found Reliable Renovations Plus here on the BBB website. My husband and I met with ***** and knew right away we wanted to hire him. He and his team just completed the basement renovation in our fixer upper. The professionalism, communication and craftsmanship all exceeded our expectations. ***** was an absolute pleasure to work with and ended up helping us with minor renovations throughout the whole house. When little issues arose he was always quick to offer solutions that were creative and cost effective. Every member of the crew was clean, respectful and incredibly hardworking. ***** and his crew did a fantastic job on our garage and basement remodeling project. He communicated well on a regular basis and the execution of the overall proposal proceeded as per our expectations. The undertaking was completed within the time projected and the budget outlined with all the scheduling involved (materials, labor, inspections..) planned in advance. The team was responsive to any issues raised and took care of the fixes right away. Attention to detail was excellent and the work quality was top-notch.
