      On 03/07/25 I purchased an item on the website for this company after seeing and trying on the item in store. The item and size I was ordering was in stock at the store to try on, but available for a better price online. Upon purchasing online I got an email after the order was placed and my card was charged that the order was cancelled for “unforeseen circumstances”
      I emailed the business hoping for a resolution and they indicated a stock issue with the item. I asked for alternatives to get the item in a different size of the same model, or a similar model, and the business indicated I could purchase a different item or size but only at 3x the cost of the item. I paid $610 for the item and their only option given was to order the same item in a different size for $1799. When I asked the business for better resolution options they stopped responding, after I notified them of my intentions to contact the BBB and leave reviews about my experience.
