    I never post reviews but this has been a very frustrating experience. I purchased an entry foyer chandelierour electricians hung it up only to discover that it was completely defective (4 lights werent working and the wires were all mixed up). I told the store that you gave me a defective unit and it needed to be replaced. I also told them that my electricians are going to charge me to remove the broken unit and hang up the new one. The store sent me a new unit and said we will work with you to help cover the electrician fees. A few weeks later , **** (the sales rep) said they cant help with the fees and that I should contact his manager **** to discuss further. I emailed and called **** a number of times and didnt hear back once. zero acknowledgment, zero answers, zero help. I reached out to **** again who completely stopped answering me. Now Im out of pocket an extra $300 because they sold me a defective unit. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware, do NOT buy anything from this place.
