    Beach *** manager ***************** associates to berate and bully clients in an attempt to recover a fraudulent upgrade from them. Before having to strip to underwear (protocol for tanning airbrush) in front of an associate I had to endure a 10 min conversation trying to force my hand to pay more money for services I did not want. The associate first lied about having me down for 2 upgrades and add ons and tried to trick me into not noticing, when I did she told me the service wouldnt work right without it and ultimately created all these lies surrounding it. She then tried to force my hand to do a completely different service shower in an hour and continued to berate and bully me in attempt to get an approval. While I was there she did similar to an elderly lady. This conversation was traumatizing and an example of managers setting toxic and irresponsible standards within their workplace. The result is what we saw with ***** fargo- a bunch of fraudulent accounts with customers that were tricked or bullied into agreeing. This is the only beach *** location in the tri state area that engages in this behavior. Management takes advantage of the women walking in by trying to make them feel uncomfortable enough to agree to spending more money than the agreed upon session. Since women are in a vulnerable situation thereafter being airbrushed , the trauma is even worse. Lastly ******* not only refuses to fix the issue but even goes as far to say that she found it appropriate and that thats what the staff is trained to do. Trained to bully berate and not take no for an answer. We have a big problem at paramus and the community needs a resolution

    Hello,

    After carefully reviewing the audio and video footage personally from the relevant time period, I have found no evidence of any wrongdoing or unprofessional behavior by our employee. The footage clearly shows the employee followed proper protocol, treated the customer respectfully, and handled the situation appropriately within our established guidelines. I am actually surprised to receive this complaint after reviewing the audio from the interaction, as to me it seems like it was a friendly conversation between the employee and guest reviewing all our service options. When guest declined, the employee moved on.

    We take all customer concerns seriously and maintain a high standard of service and professionalism at all times. Based on the review of the footage and after conducting a thorough internal investigation, we believe our employee acted in accordance with our policies and procedures.

    We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all our customers and would be happy to discuss this matter further with the complainant to clarify any misunderstandings. If additional information or clarification is needed, please do not hesitate to contact us.
