      There are three ways to buy tickets. 1. Online -costs $25 after two illegal upcharges for fuel and administration. 2. On the bus with a Credit Card: this requires a separate $6 upcharge. 3. When you bus driver tells you that option 2 isnt available and that hes only taking cash. This costs $25 and hes clearly pocketing the money and stealing from the company. I have no sympathy for a company that upcharges. Go with option 3 if you can.

      Buses are a frequent no-show and they don't offer refunds (even with a no-show). **************** are also unable to help and their email is an AI. bot. Just be aware!

      This company has a website that shows the status of past and future buses. What they dont tell you is if a bus is not going to arrive at all. So rather than taking another option (train, cab, etc), you are left assuming it is just late and end up sticking by around another ***** minutes for the next bus.To be clear, it shows the past buses left on time, or X minutes late or early. It shows future buses are estimated to leave on time, or X minutes late or early.If the bus does will not arrive, it does not indicate such. This is almost certainly by design, and not some glitch in the system.This was my experience in *** airport going to ***.

      Fuel surcharge of $1 dollar per ticket now isn't the time when gas is falling this is called price gouging!
