    I purchased the companies previously offered plan for $19.99 which was very confusingly marketed as compatible with all phone types. It also offered a more expensive iPhone option, along with other benefits, but I chose the cheaper option as I didnt need the other benefits and thought it would cover my iPhone as well since it was marketed to be compatible with all phone types. When I tried to save my voicemails, it wasnt working. When I called customer service, they were extremely rude and told me they would not be refunding my $20 because it was my own fault that I bought the wrong plan. He told me he wouldnt give me the refund because on his end it looked like I had used it but that was my unsuccessful attempt at trying to get it to work. Even after he understood that, AND even told me the plan I bought would not work for me anyway (??) he still insisted on keeping my money and telling me basically ***** for you. I find it funny that their website says they are friendly, courteous, and love to help because that was the complete opposite of my experience. And I find it sad that they must play off of a simple mistake of a customer to make a profit.
