    10/28/23 took my king size Ugg comforter to be dry cleaned (for the second time here) and when I got it black this time it was damaged. The color of my comforter is now a yellow/tan/brown dingy color. I spoke with a lady there named Candy and asked her to please have the manager/opener call me. She said she doesn’t know who it is and doesn’t have a phone# for anyone. Not sure how she works there and doesn’t know the name and phone# for her boss. She told me there is nothing she can do for me. All I requested was my $329.00 Ugg comforter be replaced and she said no. On top of the $329.00 I also paid $60 to have it cleaned there. She refuses to do the right thing and replace what she ruined. I had two other cleaners look at the comforter and they said it looks the discoloration happened because the cleaning solution that’s used when dry cleaning was dirty and never changed from the prior cleaning(s). This place isn’t cooperating with me at all and won’t replace what they damaged. It’s now 12/6/24 and this issue still hasn’t been resolved.
