    While the services provided were wonderful, I have been owed a refund on my co-pays for 5 months. I have made many attempts to collect the 60 dollars owed ( four $15 co-pays) and have been told they can see I am owed this money. The call in the beginning of April informed me there was a problem with their mailing service and I should expect the check no later than April 23rd. That date came with no check.
    A call on April 24th informed me that they need to see if I am owed money (something they previously acknowledged owing me). I asked to speak with their administration management and was told I would receive a call that day. To date, I have not received a call.
    I am just trying to receive the money owed to me for 5 months. It has been frustrating to say the least. I have been reasonable and accommodating, but now realize I need help in this endeavor.
    I have the insurance statements showing that I no longer owe co-pays for the October 16, 23, 26, and 30th, 2023 therapy sessions. The office was informed of this on the 30th of October 2023. They charged me anyway, stating that I would receive a refund.
    Again, I am just looking for a resolution to this billing issue.
