      I recently moved into the ****** by SDK, in *******, Since moving into the home, there have been several issues that have not been fixed (it has been almost three months). Our garbage disposal has not worked, and I have placed a work order in over a month ago. The heat wasn't turned on until just last week (December), even though we have had several nights where the temperature dropped below freezing and we did not have access to heat. I went to the office and requested they turn it on. We also experience frequent showers that do not get hot. The door to the second bedroom has been broken since we moved in back in July, and it has yet to be repaired. There are carpet repairs that I was told would be fixed shortly after moving in, but it still has not been fixed. I have placed several work orders for these along with other issues (the apartment number by my door isn't attached to the building (this was supposed to be fixed when I moved in as well. I am giving birth in two weeks and would like to be able to have hot water, heat, and other issues in my apartment fixed. Additionally, the pool area is "open" (with fountains flowing, and no cover) I do not want anyone to go into the area and get hurt, especially kids who have been seen nearby.
