My car broke down last Saturday, April ****** had it towed to ****************** at ************************************************. Fast forward to Thursday, after numerous discussions with the claims department, they refused to cover the repair citing that the loose bolt from the caliper isn't considered a mechanical issue. How can a bolt falling off not be mechanical? I didn't tamper with it! Now, I'm stuck paying for a warranty I can't even use while my car, which is 50 miles away, remains immobile. I had to rent a vehicle on Tuesday just to run essential errands like getting milk. I am disabled, and on fixed income, this is ridiculous contract #**W-0605
