    Terrible experience. I received a Brazilian Wax. The wax was melting on my skin and was not drying to be lifted off. It was such a painful experience. I did not even get my whole Brazilian area cleaned because the girl did not want re apply in places that I was bleeding because the wax was terrible quality and not cooperating. I have had many Brazilians done , first time at this European Wax center. I called and asked for a refund as my services were not complete. The manger apparently new was not apologetic at all. All she said was I am going to speak to the tech who helped you yesterday and call you back tomorrow with a solution. Terrible customer service on the managers end. I will never step foot in this place again. I had to spent an hour in the shower to take off the wax that was left on my private parts because the wax would not come off. It was extremely painful.
