  Riverside Apartments contracted the Planned Companies ******** Services to provide security patrol cars to bolster anti-crime efforts. Last winter Riverside Apartments experienced a crime wave, with criminals stealing auto parts, to include hub caps, air bags, catalytic converters, tires and other auto parts. The criminals smashed many car windows. The property manager at Riverside had fired two security companies before he hired Planned Companies ******** Services to provide for the safety and security of residents. He collaborated with this new security company and the Fairfax ************* to curb crime and apprehend criminals and miscreants who were stealing automobiles, auto parts, and committing assault and battery. The property manager seemed to have lowered crime rates in collaboration with the new security company and police. However, crime rates have evidently risen in some categories. I recently witnessed an act of violence involving three people who were involved in a fist fight and a physical struggle. An Uber driver and his passenger were having a violent disagreement. The driver claimed that his passenger had not paid the Uber fare while the woman who was his passenger claimed the driver had stolen her property. The boyfriend of the female passenger violently intervened, engaging in a fist fight and spraying the driver with ****. At least seven police cars came to the scene of this violent incident and potential crime. The security patrol car and security company employee were present at Riverside Apartments at the time, but did not intervene. The employees of Planned Companies ******** Services frequently only go through the motions without taking their duties seriously. The lack of safety and security at ********* was evidenced by the remark of a top aide of the Riverside property manager who said that the only way a resident could be safe from crime at night would be to remain inside after dark. This is an unacceptable situation.

  This company Racially Discriminates and Age Discriminates. They pay their employees very low salaries. A horrible company to work for, don't understand why this country allows immigrants to come to this country and take advantage of *****************
