      I rented a car from **** on June 8 - 15 2024. Prior to returning the car i filled the fuel tank at a nearby gas station, dusted the mats and emptied any trash. Upon arrival, the customer svc **** **** (indian/male), inspected the exterior and inquired about the bird droppings on the windshield which i explained i guess it happened overnight. He further inspected the interior and asked if i had a pet in the car because he allegedly saw animal fur. i have before and after pics. i verbally denied having any animals in the vehicle but was forced to vacuum the seats to avoid being charged. I left for the nearby car wash to avoid any confrontation or additional charges. When i returned the rep ***** was inside, i gave him the keys. No additional inspections were performed. I felt that i was discriminated against because of my race and age. It was a very humiliating and unfair experience. Needless to say, when i rented the car it was not fully vacuumed and the vehicle needed servicing, an oil change. But i was not being trivial because it's a rental. I have rented from **** at several other locations and did not receive this type of treatment.

      This is about Avis in Fort Worth on ******** St. La’GINA ******** refused to give me a car that I reserved bc she said I had an attitude when she had been missing for an hour. Here is the story..
      This is BY FAR the worst customer service ever. The employee who had the WORST attitude ever, La’GINA ********, was missing for over an hour. I showed up early for my reservation and saw her leaving in the parking lot. I knew it was her bc of her red Avis/Budget shirt and left in a car parked in the area where the rentals are. She stayed gone and we waited and I called the main number. She finally comes back (a hour later) when I told her that we had been waiting and I need to get to work. She snapped at me and my elderly mom in front of my toddler. She then refused to get me a car. I told her I have a reservation and she hit a button on her computer and said no I don’t. She kept squinting her eyes at me and folding her arms saying “because of MY attitude, she won’t serve me and that is the repercussions of my attitude.” Wait, what!? She was awful and when we left, she got into another car and left again and then flipped me off. What in the world is wrong w people? She is almost scary. I will report to corporate and BBB.

      I reserved a car through AVIS Kulpsville, PA at **** ********** ***** and when we got there at the time of the reservation , there was no cars available. We reserved it due to my son had wrecking his car, and we had to lend him our car so he could go to work, but when we went to the AVIS retailer location they said they didn't have one.

      Buyer beware, even though you have a reservation, they may not have a car when you get there. They weren't even sympathetic and blamed it on Expedia (where I made the reservation) and when i called Expedia they were also unsympathetic and and blamed it on AVIS.

      Do not use this business, they are horrible. I I could have given it 0 stars I would have.

      Hello, I've purchased a vehicle from Avis Car Sales in Katy Texas located at XXXXX **** **** Katy, TX XXXXX.
      4 going on 5 months ago now.
      And I STILL have yet to receive my vehicle plates. The metal ones.
      I do not know what the issue is but I have spoken to the car sales manager a few times already, & he has been telling me that my plates should arrive at my house no later than the 18th of August. It is now 2 days past that.
      I just don't know what else to do. I really need my plates, I work for Uber so I haven't been able to work or feed my family because I have been out of the job for 4-5 months now because of this issue.
      I need my metal plates to go back to work again.
      Please, if there's anything you can do.
      I would most definitely appreciate it.
