      I am a member of the Credit Union they bought out , and not crazy with customer service , and I just deposited a ******************** check from my pension and they are not releasing it for 7 days even though the check cleared with the state. Safe to say I will find a new credit union , since I am leaving ** anyway

      I dont leave reviews but last time it had to be said and just like that they fixed the issue then tried to make me get a new debit card which I denied people do not get a debit card from them ur money will start disappearing and next thing u know u paying for overdraft fees.Speaking of overdraft I have alot of stuff link to this credit *************************** pay last week I received a call saying something wasn't paid im going back and forth with them saying I'm looking at it coming outta my account he also said yeah then we pushed it threw again they denied ******* so I paid it threw another account then others start calling me and samething was happening. Now I'm looking at my account they charged me over 8 overdraft fees but didn't pay nothing .funny thing I tested them I zelle myself $150.00 just to see what happened and we all know zelle go direct. Then I get a notification from navy federal saying we gotta see y the process is taking long and if its not received they'll issue me my money back.they scumbags

      Worst bank my fiance took out a car loan there was fraudulent activity on his checking account .he notified ********************** State credit union and told them that he had to close his checking account and opened up another account he tried to pay a payment on line but there Was a restriction and told him that he couldn't make a payment on line or for them to take a payment as well they said to mail it out..which he did we live 3 hours away and he told them it's will probably take at east 5 day or better they repprossed the car and now they want a extra month payment which not due for another 3 weeks if there was a problem I would of wired the payment they told him it was fine to mail it out I have all the telephone recording conversations I will be definitely getting a lawyer. The bank is doing phony car loan applications Definitely going to ************************* and file a complaint they can't make you pay a extra month in advance that's not due only what is due.
