      I purchased a car from M&I Motors which is now Gravity Auto. When I purchased the truck, I also purchased an extended warranty through the dealership and the warranty was through DOWC. My transmission went out on my truck and I was told I had to let Gravity Auto fix my truck. They had my truck for two months and for the first month I was without a loaner and I had to get a rental. After having to spend ***** every week for the rental Gravity Auto finally gave me a loaner. After multiple calls to DOWC about the service I was receiving or lack of service, Gravity Auto finally put a used transmission in my truck. I picked the truck up and it was doing the same thing. My extended warranty was going to expire on June 15, and my truck transmission went completely out on me on June 14, I had to get it towed back to Gravity Auto. I called and was finally able to speak with the service Manager ***** and he told me he can't look at my car for over a month because he only have three techs and he has cars that haven't been looked at for four weeks. I called **** and told them what the service Manager said and was told someone will follow up with me. When I didn't receive a call back I was told they called back and the supervisor called back and left messages but I have no missed calls and no messages from DOWC. I called back today and the person who I had been speaking with now doesn't want to get on the phone he tells the person that answered the call what to tell me and I have still not received a call back from a manager or supervisor after several requests. I have no loaner, no rental and no way of getting back and forth to work. Now I can't reach the service manager at Gravity Auto. I just want my truck taken to a place that can fix my transmission and not Gravity Auto. They are a service department with no techs. The service manager don't want to answer the phone or call back. DOWC is avoiding my calls and not calling me back.

      In 2021 I purchased a **** F-150 from Marietta auto sales, also known as the ***************** They own Marietta auto sales, ALM and pro cars, I believe. They sold me a Canadian car without a Carfax (I didnt know better to request one) and actually disclosing that information. Their finance team offered me a warranty through a company called DOWC and I chose to buy It since **** trucks are known for issues. Now it gets exciting My truck needs a repair, and the warranty company denied the claim and all future claims because the dealership never added a Canadian/commercial use surcharge to my vehicle. The warranty company nor the dealership are willing to give my money back for the warranty. The warranty company refused to work with the dealership internally to resolve and also refuses to full refund the money since the warranty will never be used. Prorated refunds are not acceptable as the warranty has been voided since day 1 of purchase due to not having surcharges added.

      ******** ********** will not cancel my contract with **** after the they gave me every possible contract without explaining they added several policies.Once I realize what they did 15 days after the purchase of the vehicle I ask them to cancel the policies they agreed but never did so.I contacted **** TO CANCEL THEY SAID THE DEALERSHIP HAD TO CANCEL THE POLICIES. NOW THE DEALERSHIP SAID THE NO LONGRER EXSIST UNDER THE ALANTIC ********** THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER **************** SO THE CANT HELP ME.MY CONTRACT SAID ALANTIC ********** BUT IN THE **** COMPUTER THEY ARE UNDER THE **************** NAME SAME ADDRESS EVERYTHING.They only gave me two contracts at purchase and hide the rest of them never gave it to me .I found out how many contract they had for me under **** when they emailed me every policy contract. This is the only two contracts they gave me at ******************* it will be under supporting documents.

      The dealership has advised **** that they are canceling ******************** contracts and refunding the lienholder on the vehicle.  **************** was advised of this outcome and **** learned that the vehicle was totaled and the lienholder paid off by his auto insurance.  Nevertheless, without a lien release letter from the lienholder, the contract requires a refund to the lienholder.  **************** understands he can seek the refund from his finance company.

      I recently purchased two cars from U S Auto Sales and these people are the ones that handles the claims for the warranties. They are liars and give you the run around. I am truly unsatisfied with their business. They seem professional up to a certain extant but they are liars. I was told different things by multiple people and feel like they make up things as they go. Nothing they advised is in writing so who is to confirm if they are telling the truth. I am overall over it all.

      **** serves as administrator under the Limited Warranties that were  included with the sale of the vehicles recently purchased by *************  As such,**** is responsible for adjudicating claims, but does not act as the provider or obligor. **** representatives communicated with ************ extensively about her claims under the Limited Warranty.  The claim for replacement of neutral safety switch and shifter assembly in the amount  of $1,360.43 was paid on 10/27/2022.   On or around 11/11/2022 ************ initiated a new claim and **** instructed ************ to have a repair facility call **** with the diagnosis of the underlying problem.  Upon receipt of ************** instant complaint to the BBB on 11/14/2022, **** reminded ************ that **** was unable to process a claim without the diagnosis.  ************ contacted **** again on 11/17.  However, it was not until 11/23 that the repair facility finally provided the information to **** and reported that CVT transmission assembly had to be replaced.  The claim is under review and will be processed in due course.
